• Consistent and prominent spike for afternoon rush hour

Note:  Some visitors register multiple hits in a session as they go through the portal.  Others bookmark the desired content and go directly to it.  There is a noticeable increase in hits at around 5:00 pm, presumably as people prepare to hit the road after work.
